Welcome to Gemz Design NZ! As a high school science teacher for 20 years, I have often struggled with work-life balance and ensuring I value my wellbeing. I have learnt that these are so important for good health and that you have to work on actively reviewing and improving strategies to ensure they feature in your life. I hope to help others do the same!
